Murat Aksoy, Millpart: “Thanks to Millpart elevator buckets, you can now keep your time and financial performance under control at all times regarding your transport systems; You will notice in your relevant reports that your maintenance intervals are longer and you benefit from a more efficient operating principle; You will also notice that economic and labor-related burden of transport systems on your business is relieved.”
Elevator buckets used in many different sectors are one of the factors significantly affecting the performance of whole transport system in a factory. As Feed Planet Magazine, we had an interview with Murat Aksoy, General Coordinator of Millpart Elevator Buckets and Engineering, and one of the young and successful producers of industry. Stating that they apply to the experiences of specially flour and pulses producers while designing elevator buckets, Murat Aksoy also states that elevator buckets are designed only by their own resources and that they are therefore ready for competitions both in domestic and global market by offering unique and suitable buckets to the market.
We talked with Murat Aksoy about Millpart’s products, differences offered to customers, their position in the market and their future goals.
Firstly, can you give us some information about your company Millpart? When was the Millpart established and what is the story of Millpart?
Millpart was established in 2013, and started to produce buckets in 2015 as a result of R&D activities. The aim of Millpart is to meet highly resistant buckets that are not produced in Turkey and we have to import with our consumers and machinery manufacturers without making compromises from quick and economic quality perception, and make technology more practical, useful and valuable for our customers with each activity.
First of all, aiming to be one of the world’s leaders in bucket production, Millpart is started to be called as one of the leading companies of Turkey by turning its gains into an investment with industrial and technological moves in the fields of buckets and engineering plastics, and uses its best efforst to provide the best services for our customers as a qualified, active and reliable company in the global markets that Millpart competes with.
As we know, you work intensely in the field of buckets. So, in which fields buckets are mostly used? What type of facilities, which stages needs buckets?
Buckets are generally used in various sectors. However, Millpart’s expertise is in buckets used in agricultural fields. These buckets are used in flour, feed, pulses and pasta factories and storage facilities. Buckets are one of the most important elements of factories just as veins of our bodies. Just as we carry the blood in our bodies through our veins, the buckets also function in the raw material movements of factories.
Can you mention about the buckets that you also produce? What types of buckets do you produce, which aspects (quality / usage / material, etc.) of the products in question differ from each other?
The buckets we produce are in 30 different sizes and designed entirely by Millpart and produced in a unique and convenient manner. As Millpart, we produce the buckets from engineering plastics only. Every detail of our process is very important to us in terms of quality.
Millpart produces products in 2 different qualities and is registered with Premium and Exclusive brands. We recommend suitable quality from our brands according to the fields that our customers are engaged in, and supervise the efficiency by our follow-up processes. We are trying to achieve correct productivity by evaluating many methods such as regional temperature of the field, working speed, properties of raw materials, height of elevator.
Exclusive Buckets are made of special engineering plastics with high impact resistance and high friction coefficient. Exclusive buckets are produced of engineering plastics purely for high performance. Having a maximum performance especially for friction-sourced mouth creeping, Exclusive Buckets can also obtain the best results with curved corners, lubrication channels and original design.
Premium Buckets show high resistance to crashing due to its flexible structure. They are made of high density polyethylene and hardener additives with injection technology with low speed shaft providing maximum compression and density; thus it forms a more resistant chain against friction-sourced mouth creeping. It combines the contrasting features of production such as stiffness and flexibility in its production.
As we know, Millpart is so ambitious of this field… What are the features that distinguish Millpart from its competitors? What are you offering for your customers which are different than that of your competitors?
In producing buckets, we determine our production principles in line with the needs compiled from the experience of feed, flour and legume manufacturers; and during the compilation of these information, as evaluation criteria of the institutions producing in agriculture and livestock sector in Turkey are taken into consideration, we cooperate with the similar institutions across world on the development of methods. Therefore, we produce the buckets in an efficient and correct manner, and develop in accordance with needs.
With Millpart elevator buckets, you can now keep your time and financial performance under control at all times regarding your transport systems; You will notice in your relevant reports that your maintenance intervals are longer and you benefit from a more efficient operating principle; and that you are getting a more efficient operating principle; You will also notice that economic and labor-related burden of transport systems on your business is relieved.
And, what can you tell us about your position in the market? Which regions/countries have you reached till now?
Although Millpart is a newly established company, we have very good references especially in Turkey, and increase our sales every day in Turkey. As Millpart, we have exported to many countries such as Iran, Philippines, Egypt, Ukraine, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, and we have received positive feedbacks from them.
What are the future targets of Millpart? What you see yourselves in the future in both short and long term?
As Millpart, we compete with especially importer producers. We aim to both increase our activities in the foreign market, and make Millpart become one of the most irreplaceable brands included in specifications. Millpart’s long-term plan is to be a world’s leading brand. Our short-term plan is to increase our production capacity and strengthen our dealer network.
Finally, what would you like to add?
As Millpart, we use our best efforts for new products and big innovation for future. “Difference” means much more than a word: It shows us who we are. With each work, we are trying to make technology more practical, useful and valuable for our customers.
